Armand brings proven expertise in IP subnetting and deep knowledge of routing protocols — OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP — alongside MPLS and spanning-tree standards (802.1d, 802.1w, and 802.1s). He is skilled at delivering L2/L3 technical support, managing network operations, and maintaining enterprise-wide area networks across multi-platform, high-availability environments. Armand also leverages a strong DevOps toolkit — including Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and Ansible — to automate infrastructure and streamline delivery pipelines, ensuring reliable, efficient, and repeatable deployments at scale.
